U-Stor-It Vista is the newest location of U-Stor-It in Visat area. This storage convention project is located at 1340 North Melrose Drive, Vista, CA 92083. 
 

HW Engineering has successfully performed Structural Engineering design to convert one-story concrete-tilt up building to a “like brand new” Three-story big Self-Storage facility with 151, 266 sq.ft. Two extra floors have been inserted into existing building.  HW Engineering structural engineers selected Light Gauge Steel construction to provide owner the most economical design.
